“The Art of Backyard Bird Photography” Exhibition
When I was told that a collection of thirty signed, limited edition bird photographs from my book Backyard Bird Photography were going to be exhibited at the Roger Tory Peterson Institute in Jamestown, New York, from January 13 through March 8, 2015, it was a dream come true. Ever since I was a child, the name Roger Tory Peterson was synonymous with birds themselves.
After being shown at the Roger Tory Peterson Institute, “The Art of Backyard Bird Photography” collection was presented at Mass Audubon’s Broadmoor Wildlife Sanctuary in Natick, Massachusetts from April 1-May 31, 2016. Then, during July 2016, the Santa Monica Mountains Visitor Center in Calabasas, California, presented the collection in a smaller format of signed, unlimited prints.
“The Art of Backyard Bird Photography” collection is available for display for commercial and charitable purposes. All images are 10 x 15-inches except #20, which is 10 x 10-inches. They are all number 1 of 15, limited edition. The outside dimension of the frames is 18 x 22 ¾ inches. Prices are available upon request.
All of the photographs in this exhibition were taken with a Canon EOS 7D camera.
