James Lee Stern (center) and David Hume Kennerly, friends and fellow photographers, join me at the Santa Monica Mountains Interagency Visitor Center for “The Art of Backyard Bird Photography.” David is off to photograph the presidential election for CNN; Jim is off in search of another trailer or boat to photograph; and I’m just glad to have friends like this.
