The legendary musician, comedian, writer, and filmmaker holding his CHEECH & CHONG: THE UNAUTHORIZED AUTOBIOGRAPHY, posed with me today at breakfast. He’s a great guy and the book is a great read. 
It’s all about the light. 
For a photographer, everything is an event. I did a shadow self-portrait as well. 
James Lee Stern took this portrait of me in front of the Adams photograph. My photograph of the same scene from Lone Pine taken on 5/29/04 is shown here in black and white and then in the original color.
